“Sourav how are you?”
Sourav Kumar Tah : I am fine. How are you?
“ I am also fine Sourav . Tell me something about you. I mean your short introduction.”
Sourav Kumar Tah : I am a software-cracker and now I am an entrepreneur. I like everything about a computer staring from dusting it to its architecture. Seriously To me computer is everything. I am doing MCA presently.
“Sourav , Say something about your Company and about your product.”
Sourav Kumar Tah : We develop both customized as well as re sell able software according to market needs. We have efficient stock managing software better than Tally itself. on the other hand we are launching software for educations too.
” Can you share some of your product which are already launched in market.”
Sourav Kumar Tah : Its Stock Manager ver 1.5 and Bill Manager 1.0. I would love to mention these..for The online versions u have to wait few days until our new website launches.
“Sourav , To start your own company is it your own spirit or your parent ?”
Sourav Kumar Tah : Actually both.Firstly, I come from a business class family,and I have dreams to create a software firm of my own.Now that turning reality.
“After 5 years, where you want see your company to be ?”
Sourav Kumar Tah : I want to expand the reach of my firm to abroad in the next few years.And I want to give earning to hundreds of our employee families.But 5 years is a too short span in business to expand it properly right?
“Yes. Sourav If anybody want to start their own company which kind of property should have ?”
Sourav Kumar Tah : India needs entrepreneurs. But market is tough. so if somebody wants to start he/she must stick to their stream or knowledge.
for example, if a chemical engineer + MBA wishes to start a firm.But he/she need to know the market. This is only possible for him/her if he/she is in their own streams.
“Currently how many employers do you have?”
Sourav Kumar Tah : We have all total 7 employees. But we need at least 30 more to handle our future projects .
“How many projects are currently on process ?”
Sourav Kumar Tah : Actually there is only 2 projects ongoing.But many are awaiting for approval of legal facts.
“Now, Sourav are you looking for hiring ?”
Sourav Kumar Tah : Yes of course.we search for talents as always. Our ad has been posted.
“You can also drop here your job ads short intro,Which kind of students you are looking for ?”
Sourav Kumar Tah : Yes we are looking for some good talents and here is our requirements : Marks is not a factor. A person who can deliver us good results are always invited.We are looking for persons who have either experience or is a good programmer. He/she can be students as well.

Sourav Kumar Tah : I can tell you my story about how I started. May be that will give u some points. Here it goes .I was initially a software cracker,you know the one whose cracked /pirated software you use.Then I got praised by may higher authorities about how I helped them and all.
- Linking of sources is very important.
- Know the market and its needs.
- Be smart in handling people. Because Market is tougher than you think.
- what people want is what u sell.right? So do it just as I say and remember that money is not the obstruction.your guts is. get it and you win the race.
